Cutie by Tali wants customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This refund policy is a temporary version and should be reviewed by the store owner before launch.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many items are boutique, decorative, handmade-inspired, or limited-stock accessories, returns and exchanges may be subject to approval. Final return eligibility will be confirmed before launch.
Condition of Items
To be considered for a return or exchange, products should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with any packaging or tags included when applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, customized items, worn accessories, damaged items caused by customer handling, and items without proof of purchase may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing timeline.
Shipping Costs
